Anthony and I have had the discussion several times now…”What about the environment?” We have the opportunity to come up with some really great and fun environments for Berona. However, we have yet to do so. Some if it is due to being “lazy” and the other is lack of “originality.” Its tough because we have several ideas for some scenery but we are always stepping into a world already designed. Whether is giant trees, floating islands, sound mimicking plants…it’s all been done before! So where does that leave us…hell if I know!  All I do know is we are letting a great opportunity slip through our fingers by drawing regular trees, bushes, mountains and every day environments.
So, while we were in Chicago, I started putting down some different thoughts I had in my head. I was given some sample watercolors by one of the “Pentel” staff and figured I would put them to use. This is just a small example of some of the things I want to play around with in the future but until then I just wanted to share.
